It was very comfortable and the staff was very nice!
Pros: Our room was close to the back entrance so made it convenient for us and the dogs. Cons: Everything was great the only enhancement I would suggest is removing the carpet from the pet friendly rooms.

Pros: The staff was very detailed oriented and welcoming. Cons: My elderly mother said the beds were a little hard to get into because they are tall. But it’s not enough of a problem that would prevent us from returning.
Perfect hotel to visit the K and cheer on the Royals
A very nice hotel not too far from Kauffman stadium and five minutes from Joes Kansas City BBQ. Clean rooms, great breakfast at an affordable price. Perfect hotel for fans traveling to see the Royals play.
Good location but a tired property with awful AC
This Hyatt property uses motion sensored AC settings. It would shut off every morning unless if it detected someone moving around in the center of the room. It drove me crazy as it would shut off and make the room crazy warm. Hyatt is instituting this system across many of their properties and as a Hyatt loyalist for decades, I've already started to look at other brands as this is an issue I've run into only with Hyatt hotels (thus far).
