Excellent staff and great room, but unexpected extra expense with a "Destination Fee" charged.
Pros: Room and Check-in staff member Cons: A "Destination Fee" that I didn't know about, and a $54 per might parking rate is much too high by Bay Area standards.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.
Pros: The staff were wonderful. The front desk team was very warm and friendly, and the airport shuttle service was excellent as well. Cons: the water pressure in the shower was quite low. The air conditioner was also a bit noisy when it kicked on.
Will stay again due to proximity to airport and fast shuttle transfer

Good Option for SFO
A hotel that does the basics well, with a touch of class. The hotel looks business based but has a nice ambience, probably helped by the large atrium. Airport shuttle was welcome and check in was easy. Everything was very clean and I will look to stay here again.
