Hyatt Regency San Francisco

It's a superb experience that you wouldn't want to miss in SF.

Pros: I traveled in the U.S. for half a month and stayed in 11 different hotels. This is undoubtedly the best place during my trip. The room is clean, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. Above all, the balcony provides a decent view of San Francisco bay. And I don't even need to mention the photogenic interior structure of the building, which basically everyone pauses and takes a photo. I'll unhesitatingly choose to stay here again next time in San Francisco. Cons: The valet parking is a little too expensive, if I have to name something that is less than ideal about this hotel.

Pros: 中规中矩。 Cons: 不知道是booking的原因还是酒店，当时入住的时候就和酒店说了只住两晚，前台说和booking沟通好了，两晚后直接退房就好，我预定的时候查过10月3号和4号晚上房价是很便宜的两天，他们booking或酒店任何一方都不会不知道价格，后面两天可能附近有什么活动吧，房价水涨船高，但是我们因为想去硅谷那边住，而且入住时已经和前台沟通好了两晚后退房就没截图当时房价，结果他们把4天房价按每天平均价给我算，不然就让我截图3号和4号房间，当时已经是退房时间了，我如何截图前面两天的房价？我很气愤！而且他们踢皮球不解决问题，后面回国打电话给booking客服像机器人一样的冷漠态度让我很生气，也没有积极解决问题。这不是我第一次用booking，2020年疫情之前我也用booking订海外酒店，后面账号忘记了就重新注册了一个账号。这是我疫情后第一次用booking订房，没想到体验极差。以前在booking订房没有遇到问题，没想到一旦有问题就很麻烦，让我以后不敢在booking订房了。这应该是我第一次给差评，我一般能解决问题或不是这么恶劣我不会给差评，理解任何人订不容易！
