Great location, very nice room, but a ways to go before it feels like a premium experience
Pros: Great and easy location! Cons: The room was recently renovated, which was lovely, but it was quite baffling there was no fan in the bathroom. The toilet was sweating and after a shower it was unusably foggy and damp. The pool was also quite nice, but they aren’t making the most of the space. A few twinkle lights and some faux greenery would go a long way.

Not up to the Hyatt standard. Joke for big city like Toronto.
Cons: Room carpets filthy. No valet. No concierge. No help with the bags. 15 minute waits for the elevator.

Pros: Hôtel très bien situé, très propre Cons: Les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement,elles sont très propres mais pour un 4 étoiles la déco est un peu datée
