Not the greatest.

Pros: Pleasant ambiance Cons: A concierge that sells sandwiches. A concierge when asked how do I get to the Niagara Falls decides to book us on a maple syrup tasting Niagara Falls tour which took five hours to get there when we were told it would only take two . Despicable!
