This room and facilities were all good. The only very small thing is that they use paper cups in the room, so had to get a glass from the bar for my wine - which they were happy to provide.

the room itself was ok for the price i paid except for the substantial amount of mould in the bathroom. the staff were not very helpful, i had asked beforehand if there was luggage storage or early check in available and had no response. when i got there i was told i could use the storage unit in the car park which was down several flights of stairs and required cash which i was not warned about. the lifts were also out of order and none of the staff were helping any of the guests to carry their luggage up the stairs. there was also no milk at the coffee station as i was told they do not provi

Nice stay

We had a late checkin at 11.30pm which was quick and efficient. Room was basic but nice.
