The room is small

The room is small. There is no tray in the room (kettle, water bottle, coffee, tea). The soundproofing is poor. My room was close to the elevator shaft and the door mechanism kept me from sleeping. And the ringing of the call button. Double windows reduce the noise from the road. The lobby is in better condition than the rooms.
