Expedia deceived me: I appreciate the effort the hotel is making to stay operational after the serious damages caused by the DANA a year ago. They have even set up a section to receive customers like me, which shows commitment from the management. However, the experience does not match what is shown in the photos at the time of booking. They advertise modern facilities of a new and in perfect condition IBIS, but what one finds is different: old and poorly maintained rooms (at least the one I got), with bathrooms and air conditioning systems barely working. Expedia me engañó: Valoro el esfuerzo que el hotel está haciendo por mantenerse en funcionamiento después de los graves daños ocasionados por la DANA de hace un año. Incluso han habilitado una sección para poder recibir a clientes como yo, lo cual demuestra compromiso por parte de la administración. Sin embargo, la experiencia no corresponde con lo que se muestra en las fotos al momento de hacer la reserva. Allí se publicitan instalaciones modernas, de un IBIS nuevo y en perfectas condiciones, pero lo que uno encuentra es distinto: habitaciones viejas y en mal estado (al menos la que me tocó)
