Good but Matagorda was very rundown

Pros: Location and swimming pools Cons: The breakfasts were poor and the food in general wasn’t good. Also people grabbing the sunbeds first thing in the morning

Pros: There are two pools the bottom pool was deeper and cleaner Cons: Staff were not the most helpful and breakfast was rubbish

Pros: The pool was nice and location Cons: The hygiene was very poor house keeping done little to nothing they didn’t even sweep the floor, the place was falling apart the door frame in the bathroom was deteriorating from the moisture the mirror in the bathroom was all rusty and could barely see out of it as the view was obstructed by a big rust mark in the middle of it, the towels weren’t changed and neither was the bed clothes until I complained in person I still haven’t received a single message back off the property regarding my concerns about the condition the room was in and it wasn’t a

Amazing stay with family and friends. Will definitely be returning, couldn’t fault the place.

Pros: Everything was great. Immaculately clean. Amazing pool area. All the grounds kept so lovely. Cons: The only negative thing was the wait for taxis some nights but this wasn’t the hotels fault. Later on in the holiday we found the bus that stops right outside so did this and was only a couple of stops into Puerto Del Carmen
