Pros: Everything. That was an amazing stay. Should have stayed longer. BEST smoked trout in LatAm! And we traveled in Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and Brazil. Pros: The property is very beautiful and the room comfortable and spacious Cons: The hotel staff, or the headquarters in Lima (which handles the booking, why I still don't understand) has a terrible communication, among themselves and especially with the guests. We scheduled a PRIVATE transfer, and simply wanted to change the return time. We were never answered, and they felt entitled to not refund a service they DID NOT provide. The hotel staff told me that they would contact me from the headquarters by EMAIL to schedule the refund. What did they do? They gave half the value of the transfer f
