A 2-star box nightmare
Our experience was underwhelming. The building was underwhelming and we did not stay the night, with the expectation that a refund would be fairly considered. The staff was unclear about this procedure and we were told that a manager would review the request in 3 weeks. Simply, don’t expect customer service and be prepared to deal with the reality. Deciding to leave, we found our claim immediately denied through our booking group. It would have been considerate to have known that we feasibly had no opportunity to recoup this expense.
