Terrific Thommasso

This is related to our driver Tomasso (spell?). On St. Patrick's Day (March 17, 2026) Tomasso took 6 of us the Cradle of Humanity. Not only was he punctual but the vehicle was cleam and there were bottles of water for each passenger. We got started and Thamaasso set clear expectations. He gave us a commentary of areas we were passing during the drive which included lots of humor. He was happy to answer our questions and his knowledge was impressive. He went above and beyond by helping one of our group members who was having some mobility issues. Oh he also took some great group picture

Convenient

Literally across the street. We got two adjoining rooms for an overnight stay before going on to Hoedspruit. It was difficult to communicate with hotel, fo some reason our emails were blocked by hotel and we had to communicate via IHG. I demonstrate for concierge and she took a picture of the rejection. ..

Excellent service, clean and easy access to airport.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious at the restaurant. Rooms are clean, spacious and have all the amenities. Easy access to the airport. Philisiwe was great at breakfast.

Five star hotels steps from international arrivals at JNB

Literally the hotel is 10m away from the doors of the international arrivals at OR Tambo Johannesburg airport. Check in was efficient. Welcome drinks offered and a wet towel , room was ready—upgraded to a suite with snacking amenities. The Quills restaurant had an amazing dinner as did breakfast. The indoor rooftop pool and gym are amazing. Service was five stars all around. The concierge helped me organize a half day safari before my departure flight.
