Pros: Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was not up to the standard I expected from this hotel. The soundproofing was extremely poor, both from the street and between the rooms, which made it very difficult to sleep and relax. The refrigerator was not working, and the shower in the bathroom was also not functioning properly. In addition, there is no restaurant inside the hotel, which I expected to be available in a hotel of this level and in such a central location. Perfect Paris stay!

Had a lovely 4 night stay here earlier this month, and so happy with our choice of hotel. Right from when the cab dropped us off the staff were incredibly welcoming. Vena with our bags, and Antoine at the front desk. Ismail, Benjamin and Elisa were also very helpful throughout! Whatever we needed it was never a problem. Our room was spacious and the large outdoor terrace with seating was a very pleasant surprise!! Perfect spot for us to have breakfast and an early evening drink every day. Nice location but lacks basic amenities

This property is ultimately a 3-star hotel that is cosplaying as a luxury hotel. The rooms appear to have been refurbished relatively recently. They did not bother to change the incongruent ceiling murals when they refurbished the rooms, and the fake wood veneers are already chipping. The rooms are unconscionably small for the price. The "business corner" is a small windowless room with a desktop computer. To add insult to injury, the hotel restaurant was not operating during our stay, so there was no room service and we did not get the full breakfast that was included in our room rate. There
