Pros: Staff at the reception were great and always helpful Staff at the restaurants were cheerful , the Air condition broke in my room the lad three days Cons: House keeping at 4th were not so, every day I ask them to clean my room but no response until the manager told to do it

Pros: The staff were excellent and the hotel itself is 3rd after ritz, and hotel de crillion in terms of luxury and grandeur in central paris. Breakfast is serviced by Cafe de la paix which was excellent. Room comfort was excellent. Cons: I had booked via booking.com, for some reason that placed me lower down the chain, because when we arrived we were told the hotel was hosting delegates and our room (opera facing premier room) was given away. We were disappointed particularly because it was our anniversary. However, the hotel refunded a full day to compensate us. Which was handled really wel
