Pros: We spent an amazing time at the hotel. The room is very clean with a mind-blowing view of the bay. The team is very professional and welcoming. They took care of us and are always helpful. Cons: Nothing

Fantastic stay, effortless, convenient and wonderful staff

Pros: The large room size and massive bed were so welcome at the end of my Japan trip. I really appreciated the ample space for two cases. Slightly more out of the way, but within quick walking distance from 2 subway stations and fantastic views of the bay and rainbow bridge to be enjoyed alongside excellently efficient room service. I stayed here before flying home from Narita, the transfer in a taxi was so quick, which was an additional bonus for an early flight home. Cons: I’d stayed in Ginza at the beginning of my trip and had enjoyed feeling more in the middle of it all, the hotel is in
