Amazing stay with family with kids!
Pros: The hotel is in the heart of downtown, easy access to most places by walking distance. SPA amenities were great! Kids enjoyed swimming pools, I even tried out the sauna, it was great. All staff were very friendly and professional. They put us in room with an amazing view from the CN tower. Cons: I didn’t like the wasn’t fridge/microwave in the room.

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Empfang im Hotel, optimale Lage und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Grosses Parkhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel. Cons: Das Parking ist relativ teuer und kann nicht direkt beim Hotel beglichen werden.

Pros: The rooms were exceptionally clean and the facilities were great. The staff truly made our stay special! John and Joana at breakfast were warm, friendly, and hospitable. Joana, in particular made delicious omelets! Mark and Alexander at the reception and checkout desk were equally welcoming and professional. The service was exceptional and the entire team deserves a 100% rating for their hospitality and dedication. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one! Pros: The comfort of the bed/room/shower and bench. Staff and services. Location. Sitting area is spacious. Cons: No creamer or sugar in the room was available.
