Joey's Hostel gets a lot right, but the standout is its rooftop terrace. The view of the Taj Mahal is extraordinary, and what surprised me was how much enjoyment came from simply sitting and watching it from afar as the light changed through the day. Dawn, midday, sunset, evening; each brought a different mood. The food was excellent and available throughout the day and evening, making it easy to settle in and spend time there.
