We ordered room service the next day at 8 o’clock in the morning. Had to call down at 9:30 to find out where it was. It
Pros: It was clean Cons: Our room was not ready on time. It took him 45 additional minutes to get our room ready. Our check-in was at 4 o’clock. We had dinner reservation so we were kind of running against it.
In town overnight for a concert, stay was nice

If you are a fan of Noir films, this hotel is for you. This Hilton Property was everything that I needed, comfortable bed, great shower, and thick hotel walls. I was staying an extra night in Pittsburgh and wanted a hotel in the downtown area. I was greeted by Sandra at the front desk who was able to hold my luggage as I waited for my hotel room to be ready. (I was a little early to check in). I had a nice lunch at the restaurant during my wait. As soon as my room was ready. Sandra checked me and provided me with some fun walkable historical sites. The hallways reminded me of all the noir
