Most Disappointing JW Marriott I’ve stayed in
The rooms are clean and modern and the executive lounge is nice. However, the food is severely lacking. I had breakfast in the lounge in my first day and I was excited for what appeared like a local breakfast. There was a nice looking chicken dish but the chicken was tough. There was eggs but they were cold. The empanadas were stone cold and tough. The next morning I had breakfast at the restaurant. It was a larger selection. However, once again everything in the warming trays was basically cold. The empanadas were still tough. I had dinner at the lobster and steak restaurant. The food the

Exceptional Service Quality from JW Marriott, Bogota
The experience at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional service quality. The staff members were friendly and highly professional. We were very pleased that the staff went the exrtra mile to ensure that our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and relaxing.

Exceptional Stay!
I just got back from a four-night stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Bogotá and had an excellent experience. The service was truly outstanding—some of the best I’ve ever had—and it made the entire trip feel easy, effortless and safe. I was surprised to hear that the hotel was more than 15 years old, as it feels brand new. Everything was extremely well maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a polished but welcoming vibe throughout. The staff really made the difference. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive.
