Personal con mala atención

Cons: El personal , muy mal educado . Los mozos del desayuno, atienden a desgano ; por loq decidimos ni dejar propina ; y se enojaron . Uno deja propina si lo atienden bien !! El personal del front desk también a desgano . Me llamó la atención en San Francisco como la gente trata mal al turista Gracias

Great location. Beware of their 'destination' fee.

Pros: The hotel is very conveniently located near Chinatown and a less than a 20 minute ride to Fisherman's Wharf. Being a Marriott Bonvoy member I received a free room upgrade to a suite which was very nice of the staff. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a walk-in shower. The drinks at the Level 3 bar were good but pricey. Cons: I was not happy about the hotel's $38 destination fee. It's a completely made up fee by Marriott and is not mandated by the city. Marriott does not mention this fee on their website. They inform you about it when you check in. They charge this 'destinat
