Ideal location.

Pros: Good breakfast, a selection of both Japanese and western dishes. The room was small but had everything you need. The location was good, near the station so easy to get to everything. Cons: nothing really

Good location, good service, a bit small.

Pros: Good location near Tokyo Station. Rooms were clean. They were very understanding about a large group of us hanging out for about an hour in the small lobby, until transport came for part of our group. They even offered to take a large group picture of us. Cons: Based on the 8.8 rating, I was expecting something a bit nicer. The hotel was small, small lobby, only 7 rooms per floor, small lounge. Breakfast was kind of limited. Did not see any "light meals" during self-service hours.

Disapointing

Pros: Location Cons: A 3* pretending to be 4* small room Wall barely a meter away from window, no light A bit tired and not particularly cheap Wanted payment to check in at 2 rather than 3pm, albeit room was ready Dont get the high rating!

The hotel offers superb value for money if you are travelling from / to Tokyo station and need a clean, comfortable and close location for a night or two. Friendly staff and free afternoon snacks in a hotel lounge is nice bonus.

Very happy!

Pros: Great location. Lots of local small and large restaurants and cafes to walk to. Safe at night. Six minute walk to take Tokyo Station. Convenience store with fresh to-go provisions four doors away. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to others. Cons: The bedroom for three people is tight, but about average for that price in central Tokyo.
