Pros: ibiza white night Cons: tired furniture mismatched drinks expensive breakfast was below average
Lovely location, gorgeous breakfast and friendly staff
Pros: Beautiful setting Cons: Hadn’t been hoovered, bed spelt grubby and mattress old, tap water was brown when we first ran the tap and the cleaning cloths were still on the sink
Beautiful location great room.
Pros: Lovely house , clean and very well kept and pretty rooms with exceptional bathroom. Cons: Breakfast a little hit and miss , gave wrong ordwr On a drink, forgot toast then when it came out it was burnt and hardly buttered and the milk was curdled and when given new milk still full of floaty bits.
Pros: The reception and waiting staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is a lovely old building. Cons: There were delays receiving our meals at both dinner and breakfast. The WiFi was very poor in our room and the management response was rather curt,
Not the luxury stay it could have been but attentive staff
Pros: Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely, views were great from the room as well Cons: the property is tired and in need of some cosmetic work. The upholstered settees and chairs in the entrance on arrival were very stained, the finial on the stairs was wobbly, carpets threadbare on stairs and in the bedroom, paintwork very marked and scuffed and the room, whilst the decor was once lovely has not stood up to the test of time. Side tables had chunks of paint from them hidden by coasters, wall behind the curtain had got damp and down to bare plaster with damp blisters, lightbulbs not
