Pros: This hotel was just fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, and had a very good level of English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was exquisite. I also enjoyed dinner in the Chinese Dragon restaurant and lunch in Via Roma, and treated myself to a very good pastry from Kempinski Deli. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would recommend. Location was good too for getting to central area. Cons: Perfect

Great overall impression
Pros: Friendliness, cleanliness, helpfulness, child-friendliness, beds, pool, gym, cafe, everything was very good and since the booked room was not ready yet, there was a very good upgrade to the next category. The drive to the city takes about 30 minutes, but is very cheap with the usual taxis. Cons: Only the lunch buffet was significantly above the price if you wanted to take it.
