It's OK

Housekeeping does a good job. Islam and Jude clean very well. Mr. Zameel checks to make sure there isn't any problems with my room. I am confident that housekeeping will fix any issues I have, If I have any. 5/5 I don't like the restuarants. I prefer to go just about anywhere else or order from the room service. I like the room service, housekeeping, and friendly staff.

We had a great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kempinski. We had lovely rooms and enjoyed the gym and pool. We had excellent housekeeping by Annet and Leah and we also enjoyed the staff at the doors and reception desk. Thank you all.

True Kimpinski has gone with the wind

Pros: Great location Cons: Where are those old days of the true Kempinski have gone? This hotel was considered a second home for me. Hotel has deteriorated Reception is super terrible Zero friendliness Zero housekeeping

I stay at Kempinski Residences and suites, Doha . One of the key reasons for opting and continuing at Kempinski is its people, which makes all the difference. Their teams at the reception and apartment support are amazing. They bring an attitude of ‘always ready to help’ with a smile. Team of Zameel, Shahid & Islam who are from housekeeping team always go the extra mile - time and again to make our stay comfortable and smooth. Well done and Thank You team Kempinski
