Very comfotable for it’s price.
Pros: The location was close to downtown, it was easy to visit Toronto. The stay was comfortable for it’s price, and Gary wad nice enough to give us a room even though it was a really last minute change. Cons: We couldn’t find a kettle for hot water, but it’s not a big deal.
Great place to stay with lots of space and very quiet!
Pros: Easy to find and in a great location. Spacious room with lots of storage and space for luggage. Quiet all throughout our stay. Cons: Shower amenities were sparse.

This a a bare bones accommodation. However, it was clean and quiet.
Pros: The room was clean and quiet. Cons: The Booking.com site showed the on site parking as $10 per day. This was in the FAQ, the only place where it was addressed. When we arrived, the host required $26 per day. He wouldn’t back down, even when I showed him written proof from the site. As we had no choice, I paid what he asked.
