Beautiful hotel, fabulous location with brilliant staff.
Pros: Amazing hotel. Fabulous location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Xeno was an amazing host. Cons: Nothing, it was amazing!

A gem overlooking the Caldera.
Pros: Centrally located with beautiful views of the Caldera. Property was clean and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make the trip fantastic. Cons: Nothing. I’d go here again.

Splendida struttura sulla caldera
Pros: Struttura bellissima, molto curata, con una posizione eccezionale con vista sulla caldera. Colazione eccellente, con prodotti freschi, servita sul proprio tavolino davanti alla piscina. Ma quello che ci ha colpito più di tutto è stata la gentilezza, la simpatia e la disponibilità del personale e una particolare attenzione ai dettagli che raramente ho trovato. Consiglio vivamente Cons: Niente
