Very nice hotel
Pros: Locations Cons: Housekeeping never came to clean…we stayed 3nites
Very accommodating
The staff were wonderful, especially Nick.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
Pros: Good location, clean room, clean sheets, good customer service, 2 long dressing mirrors Cons: Shower door wouldn’t close all the way, making shower uncomfortable trying not to leak water everywhere. Only 2 glasses in the room, had to go buy disposable cups for rinsing mouths and drinks. Stains on bathroom shelf below mirror, made bathroom feel a little dirty.
Overall we were happy to stay here.
We liked the room service, the shower, and the bed mattress quality
Perfect location in Japantown with parking
Pros: This is a lovely hotel right near JapanTown with large rooms, nice amenities, an accommodating staff, parking and a Tesla charger. Everything we needed for a weekend away in San Francisco Cons: Nothing
