Exceeded our expectations.
Pros: The staff was very hospitable and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed. The team at this hotel clearly has set a high standard for their customer service, and every employee there was absolutely professional. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. The rooms we booked were great; the beds and furniture were all very comfortable, bathrooms and rooms were clean. We stayed in a suite room that was more spacious than the pictures showed. We were very impressed with the hotel.
Cons: we have zero complaints.

Overall, I really liked the hotel. The front desk staff was great and the hotel is in a great location downtown.
Pros: The location and style.
Cons: My room wasn't cleaned the second night we stayed, ie.... our beds were not made and the towels weren't changed.

Excellent downtown hotel
Pros: Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant on the premises, The Commoner. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. Reliable valet service.
Cons: Can't think of anything, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
