Disappointed
Cons: My shopping item, a necklace in a box, went missing and I feel the hotel's story of it never existed. Then being told it was thrown out and no one getting back to me was very disappointing. This was my third stay at the hotel and my last. I work at this hotel for bridal functions a few times a year and I will be recommending brides to stay elsewhere.
