Cons: 2-night stay. The room was already in terrible condition and was not cleaned the second day. The sheets had "oil" stains. Smell of paint inside. I asked at checkout to leave the luggage (1 suitcase and 2 backpacks) but I was told there was no space

it was a little grimey but just needed a safe place to stay for a weekend and it sufficed.

Pros: nice location to sofi and dtla owners were helpful and minded their business needed something cheap last minute free parking location is a little sketchy but thats just LA lots of food/grocery options around Cons: seen 1 roach but room next to us said their room was infested had to buy wipes and air freshener because it looked like they never wiped anything down. tables/sink/toilet were soo dirty. room smelled bad of cigarettes so beware non smokers the towels are very thin and bedding was…questionable but i brought my own blankets and towels id recommend doing the same

Cons: Soggiorno di 2 notti. La camera già in pessime condizioni non è stata rifatta il secondo giorno. Le lenzuola avevano macchie di "olio". Odore di vernice all'interno. Ho chiesto al checkout di lasciare i bagagli (1 valigia e 2 zainetti) ma mi è stato risposto che non c'era posto
