Pros: Great location - close to the hospital, town centre, retail park and pub with good food, the carvery has a wonderful selection. The chefs do an amazing job. There is a play area for kids and lots of parking spaces. Good value for money Very friendly and helpful staff Comfortable rooms Cons: Nothing to not like

Needs serious improvement.

Pros: Location, have stayed many times before and it has been ok, staff in the pub were very good, check in was efficient and polite despite it being only the young lady's second day. Cons: Not very clean, carpets dusty along edges and corners, shower curtain dirty. Building needs refurbishing, 3 of the 4 bedside / wall lights had no bulb or damaged bulb which posed a danger, furniture in poor condition and floor creaky, only one bedside table, bathroom door didn't shut fully, room smelled musty and bathroom had smell of drains. badly needs a maintenance inspection. Marston's should be totally
