Pros: Front of house contact at reception on check in was excellent. Our rooms even though requested close together were somewhat further away than expected.. The guy at reception, can’t remember his name but he did everything possible to have our rooms close together which meant upgrading 1 room free of charge to accommodate our request.. Excellent service. Cons: Nothing to dislike

Well-run hotel located in the center of Munich

The hotel does not serve breakfast. There is a coffee machine or tea and apples available for free in the entrance hall. If you opt out of room cleaning, you will receive a voucher worth 10 euros, which can be used in the hotel for drinks, etc.

Great stay in a fabulous city!

Pros: The hotel is situated just round the corner from the bus station which is very convenient when travelling on the Lufthansa bus from airport. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and we were able to get into our room at 12.30 and did not have to wait until after 3.00pm. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a lovely courtyard at the back of the hotel where you can sit and have a drink and a chat all day and the evening. There is no bar, but there is a fridge stocked with drinks that you can take and add to your room. There is also an eco policy regarding the cleaning of the roo
