Great value. Central to everything. It’s not for everyone so make sure you do your research.
Pros: Easy check-in. Just make sure you go through the process 24 hours before you check-in. No reception, everything is digital including the key which I really like. Parking is in the back of building. Cons: It depends on where your room is (it’s my second time staying here) but the front rooms can get really loud at night, e.g. sirens.
The communication was amazing !
Very special place in DTLA. Lots of great restaurants and coffee spots nearby and in the hotel itself. Love the staff. I really liked my king room with the rain shower. I am an LA local and would do a staycation here.

The room in the hotel is absolutely beautiful concierge and hotel lobby was left to be desired
Pros: Hotel concept is beautiful. The rooms are super modern and clean and couldn’t ask for more there. Cons: There’s not an actual concierge or hotel guest check-in. It’s all done by your phone, which makes it really difficult to have a great check-in process. I literally had to wait till exactly 4 PM to get a text message that my key was ready to download on my phone, which did not feel like the greatest experience
