Pros: Fantastic staff, couldn't have been more helpful or attentive. Upgraded to large ground floor room because of my husband's mobility problems. Spotlessly clean. Really good breakfast with fresh produce, delicious pastries and wide choice of buffet items. Cons: Liked everything Would have liked a kettle in the room to make a hot drink

Pros: The room is very comfortable and clean. I like the vibe of the entire design, including the room itself, the reception area and the dining area. The staff are all very kind, especially KJ — she helped me with my luggage before I could check into my room 😊. Not to mention the location is perfect, with a bus stop, tram stop and Metro 12 all nearby. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris for a week like me. Cons: There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room, so it's a little inconvenient if you buy food outside and don't finish it, or if you want instant noodles late at night.

Pros: Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut! Tolles Badezimmer. Cons: Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Treppenhaus und Lobby.
