Kula Parramatta

Pros: Very very comfortable bed. Great size. Great location. Easy to access. Absolutely loved that it was let friendly. Would absolutely stay Again. But.. Cons: Constructive feedback: The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There was a large build up of dust and dirt in corners and on walls etc. on top of this, the walls, doors and ceilings were covered in marks and dents etc. Also no basics supplied like shower caps sanitary bags etc that you'd find literally anywhere else. Also the wifi was terrible. Couldn't even watch tv and because phone service can be terrible too, it wasn't ideal.

Perfect all round.

Pros: This was my second time staying here. I will continue to use these appointments for my boys and I.. last trip we come with my brother and sister in law with their kids... 1000% will be returning Cons: N/A

Perfect place to stay, central location, close to Westfield shops, staff were so good to deal with online. Would 100% book here again. Very clean & tidy!

Spacious apartment at a great price

Pros: Close to the bus stop, only a 5-10 minute ride to the train station. Matthew was incredibly accommodating for allowing us to store our bags in our room before the check-in time and providing amenities we were lacking like laundry capsules. Cons: The internet wasn't working that great for a few days but Matthew fixed it for us by swapping the Sims.
