Cons: We are a family with two children who arrived in Jakarta late at night. For convenience, we booked two rooms for two nights near the airport to rest after a long flight. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was appalling and did not match the photos; the rooms were dirty. In the middle of the night, we heard people shouting.
Cons: Dishonesty in dealings and failure to provide the services they promised at the hotel.
