Perfect welcome however the carpet in the room is stained everywhere (reported to reception), one of the single bed mattresses was deformed

Perfect welcome however the carpet in the room is stained everywhere (reported to reception), one of the single bed mattresses was deformed. In the bathroom, which seems new, the basin is cracked as well as the toilet. Otherwise, great breakfast and perfect staff. This room was on promotion, we understand why.

The carpets in the room I was given, in addition to the hallway around my room, looked like they had been bleached and stained for numerous years. In addition to this, I was given an accessible room despite not booking for one. The AC unit in the room barely works, and had two fans that basically just moved warm air around. The hotel is on the outskirts of Paris, so the main tourist spots take about 45-60 minutes to get to if you’re alright with that. The local area is amazing, however this property is not worth staying at due to the overall quality of the rooms.
