Hotel without air conditioning in 40-degree heat
Pros: The hotel had no air conditioning in the room or in the corridor, we are between 39 and 40 degrees. Upon arrival, they said they were fixing it or sending us to another hotel. I refused because I paid for this location. I am staying with my parents, my father is an elderly man who has been terribly affected by this. The heat is unbearable and completely ruined our stay in this city. This room is on two levels and they only lent us a fan, so we didn't even have a fan on the second level. Nice hotel but a horrific stay with no proper air conditioning
Pros: The location of the property was excellent. Located on one of the main roads full of shops and restaurants Cons: We stayed for 8 days. Temps outside were 99 plus degrees. The air conditioning was broken. Not working at all. The staff did not give us fans or offer to send us to one of their other hotels. It was unbearable in the room during the day or night.

Don't recommend it during summer due to air conditioning not working, the rest was fine.
Pros: The staff was really nice and it has a good location, we could walk to Termini and some attractions. The room was comfortable and the bathroom big enough for 4 as we had the family room. Cons: The only huge problem was the air conditioner didn't work well, we asked for help and they changed rooms for us but the problem remained the same. It was really difficult to sleep at night with that room temperature, also the extra fee for city taxes should be included when you pay at the beginning. After all, it was a good stay just not recommended during summer because of how hot the room gets at
