Pros: The breakfast was perfect. Cons: Do not grumble (Mr with a beard) about the departure time (10:30) on the pretext that the room is reserved again. Otherwise, all the people present were extremely kind.

Pros: Very pleasant hosts, great communication. About a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and from there, it's easy to get to the center of Paris. Breakfast is sufficient, not in the form of traditional buffets, but there was enough food. Cons: It would be nice to have a fridge for food, drinks in the room, and probably investing in air conditioning would be necessary. The large balcony window faces a terrace shared by 3 rooms, and for that reason, it's difficult to ventilate at night and remains covered with a thick curtain. Pros: Nice address, friendly staff, great breakfast. Due to the heat, the room was warm. Metro line 14 provides a good connection to the center of Paris. About a fifteen-minute walk to the new metro station. Cons: It was very difficult to reach the address by car
