A comfortable hotel with attentive management that takes guest feedback seriously
Pros: The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location was also convenient for our stay. Cons: During our stay, there was an issue that affected our overall impression of the hotel. However, the management responded promptly, took the matter seriously and assured me it would be investigated and resolved.
