Ended up going to ship over bridge as bar prices ridiculous
Pros: Location Cons: Bar prices
Good Hotel but could be so much better
Pros: Hotel is lovely, staff are great Cons: Classic double rooms are very basic, these need a face-lift as they are not 4* quality. We ended up upgrading to a supreme room which was a million times better! Spa wasn't great, poor changing rooms, showers terrible, cold jacuzzi. The sauna and steam were great and kudos to the staff who work in there who were exceptional.
Brilliant hotel, fantastic facility, amazing people
Pros: This is one of the best hotels, which i always check to see if is available, the staff treat me like royalty, the food and the service is amazing, i could live here permanently. electric charger is fantastic too Cons: Nothing
Lovely stay, would stay there again.
Pros: Peaceful, clean and lovely staff Cons: Bath was a bit small but fit for purpose
Lovely hotel, slightly disappointed with leisure facilities, staff were all lovely and helpful
Pros: Good sized rooms Dining area was lovely Bar was nice Reception was nice Cons: Car park was slightly confusing, markers to show entry and exit better would be good. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, however some repairs and maintenance is needed, cracked filter cover things in the floor of the pool area, steam room and sauna doors and windows need a clean, yellow scum marks at water line in pool, broken chairs around the pool! These things let out down, also only one cubicle to get changed in the changing room while male staff are coming in to help with lockers isn’t ok!
