Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. The staff were extremely kind, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay. I also really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing.
Cons: The bathroom sliding door did not close properly, leaving a noticeable gap even when fully closed. This affected the privacy of the bathroom and was quite inconvenient.

Been staying here for years until I stopped and went back to check the newly renovated hotel

Amazing and clean
Pros: The location is amazing. The hotel is clean, from the moment we walked in it looked and felt clean. The staff are amazing, trustworthy and professional. I accidentally left my phone at the lobby and only realised 20 mins later. I called the hotel and they found it and kept it for me until i came back. Even then they asked me to key in the password to ensure i was the owner of the phone, thanks for that.

A luxurious, modern and exceptionally comfortable stay with outstanding service in the heart of Hong Kong.
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Lanson Place. The hotel feels luxurious throughout, and everything was exceptionally clean, modern and beautifully maintained. By Hong Kong standards, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and very comfortable.
The gym was another standout—it’s large, well equipped and one of the best hotel gyms we’ve used. The air conditioning throughout the hotel and in the rooms was excellent, which made coming back after a hot day outside especially refreshing.
