Large 2BR on Bay Street 4 Beds with Balcony

Pros: the location was great Cons: The cleanliness of the apartment left something to be desired.

Pros: 立地はまあまあだが、不満足。 Cons: 何度連絡入りても事前の連絡取れません。 メキシコからブッキングサポートセンターに電話しましたが、助けにならなかった。電話代金を請求したい。 バスタブの排水口の金具が壊れていて、お湯が使えない。施設のオーナーに電話しても、まったく繋がらない。 キャンセルもできない状況が長く、不安だった。 結果、問い合わせメールへの返信は無く、事務的なメール連絡だけの対応には、腹が立ちます。

We had a great stay in a top location

Pros: Nice and practical apartment, in a terrific location in downtown Toronto. Clean and in perfect order. Also, very easy arrangement for the keys and communication via the booking.com app. Cons: The kitchen equipment was a bit minimal (though everything was there). Also, it was quite noisy at night because of traffic, police sirens, ... probably to be expected in such a busy neighbourhood.

Pros: Great location very clean with a great balcony Cons: No parking , wasn’t clear on booking the block had no parking and the parking recommended was not a 24hr parking space
