Pros: Clean, comfortable room. Loccitanne toiletries. Friendly staff. Luggage storage before and after check-in and out. Good location close to Metro for city centre. Lots of restaurants/bars nearby. Cons: Room on the small side but suitable for just a couple of nights as we were doing.

Pros: Ein wunderbares, komfortables und einzigartiges Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Besondere Highlights: sehr nettes Personal, exzellentes Frühstück, sehr bequemes und gut klimatisiertes Zimmer, Checkout bis 12:00, super Lage, perfekte Ausstattung und sehr schöne Gestaltung des Hotels und noch vieles mehr Cons: Zwei Kleinigkeiten: 1) das Laufband war im Fitnessraum kaputt und 2) uns wurde eine Flasche Wasser für 5 Euro in Rechnung gestellt, die wir nie bestellt haben (die Rechnung wurde mir auch erst später zugeschickt, sodass ich es beim bezahlen nicht w
Pros: every aspect of the hotel. The atmosphere was lovely, everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food. We really appreciated the level of service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Cons: One thing that could definitely be improved was the coffee at breakfast. Unfortunately, the black coffee, especially the espresso and Americano, was not good and was difficult to drink.
