Two nights in Paris
Pros: We needed a hotel close to the Gare de Lyon but also not too far away from the river and attractions. This was perfectly placed. There are metro stations and buses nearby, plenty of places to eat and an easy walk to the river and station. The room was an excellent size for Paris and the staff very friendly and helpful. The taxi from Gare dbu Nord was just over £20. Cons: All was good

Pros: Good breakfast but a bit onerous. Cons: Bed was hard for my back
