Entrance to the hotel is through a filthy corridor, then an unkept Garden area which is in need of repair and cleaning. The reception stuff is rude as well as uniform in series in need of dry cleaning, the presentation does not be fit a four star hotel. The room has got scuffs and scratches on every single wall, management should inspect the condition of the rooms on a more regular basis. Unless this issues are addressed, I would not recommend anyone to stay there considering the rate that they charge for hotel which would not in my opinion be above two stars. I travel extensively through the

The staff was very polite and helpful
The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a couple of unusual requests and they went out of their way to help us. They made us feel welcomed.
