Unacceptable Conditions – Forced to Leave
Cons: Extremely disappointing stay. The air conditioning in both booked units was completely non-functional, causing severe heat and distress for my family with young children. The host was unhelpful, offered no immediate solution, and simply delayed the issue. We had no choice but to leave and seek alternative accommodation. Totally unacceptable.

The air conditioning wasn't working at full capacity. We think the filters needed cleaning. One set of lights was stroking when turned on. The facilities were otherwise excellent.
سكن حلو ونظيف وجميل وقريب من السنتر لكن يحتاج تنظيم اكبر في تسليم السكن للمستأجرين
Pros: سكن هادئ وجميل ونظيف جدا وفيه كل المستلزمات وقريب جدا من سنتر كومو والبحيرة مشي 5 ل 8 دقايق استأجرت الاستوديو مع برندا صغيرة كان جميلا ومستغلة المساحات فيه بشكل جيد مع حمام صغير ومطبخ صغير الباركن متوفر عندهم برسم 25€ باليوم السكن موجود عالجهة اليمين من الطريق وليس ع جهة اليسار جهة الباركنغ Cons: 1- السكن غير واضح تماما ع غوغل ماب اذا كان عاليمين او اليسار من الطريق ولايوجد دلالة عليه الا لوحة صغيرة وغير واضحة حيث ان السكن هو بناية كاملة لهم ويأجروها شقق 2- يحتاج الى تنظيم اكبر في عملية تسليم السكن للمستأجرين حيث انه لايوجد تواصل مع المستأجر لا قبل القدوم ولا يوم القدوم للتعريف بطريقة اس
