Very disappointing stay — overpriced, poor soundproofing, excessive fees, and unresponsive service

Pros: Nothing Cons: I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel seems focused on charging guests excessive fees rather than providing a level of service that justifies the price. Parking is ridiculously expensive, and charging $150 for cleaning service is completely unreasonable. The soundproofing is terrible. I am staying on the 22nd floor, yet the outside noise is so loud that we are unable to sleep properly. For a hotel at this price level, this is unacceptable. Pros: Waschmaschine und Trockner Cons: Leider enttäuschend. Es ist kein Hotel so wie erwartet, sondern eine Residenz, dass bedeutet es wird alle zwei Wochen sauber gemacht. Dadurch das unser Aufenthalt unter einer Woche war, war es unangenehm, wenn die Zimmer nicht gemacht werden. Zudem musste man mündlich angeben, dass 4 Personen ein checken, obwohl für 4 Personen gebucht ist und man vor der Rezeption 4 Personen sind. Das haben wir nicht gewusst, weil wir dachten es ist ein normales Hotel. Deswegen war die suit nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Um für weitere Personen Handtücher und Bettzeug
