Pros: Overall it was good Cons: The location in the building behind the accommodation and the informality in the arrival of the taxi that did not have to pick us up to leave

Excellent, a great experience, would definitely stay there again and recommend to others
Pros: A modern stylish hotel and excellent location! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants! The staff were friendly and very accommodating, it was a lovely experience😊 We were shocked and thrilled when we were offered a free upgrade of our room, it was a highlight of our stay ! Cons: The hotel is Santa Margarita palace and spa and unfortunately we couldn’t use the fitness or spa/ indoor pool facilities unless you paid extra for it. That was a little disappointing

There was no air conditioning, we pay for a 5-star hotel to end up in a parking lot at the other end of the road

We had a wonderful night
Pros: A warm welcome! The staff is very kind! Cons: The room was super simple. Nothing more than other 4-star hotels
