Sewage smell
A sewage smell in the washroom which is spreading into the living area. We informed the front desk for 3 consecutive days. They never tried to change our room even after we requested it. They attempted to resolve the issue without success. The staff was nice. The room was clean, except for the horrible sewage smell in the washroom. Somewhat frustrated as we were celebrating an anniversary milestone.

Pros: Clean, good bedding, friendly and available staff, great location Cons: The carpet on the floor in the room, even though it seems clean... it's hard to clean carpet but that's because personally I don't like carpet in hotel rooms.
