Clean, quiet, well appointed condo.
Pros: This rental was well appointed, clean, and I really appreciated having two full bathrooms! A full sized washer/ dryer was a bonus! The back patio was SO nice and comfortable. Sideshow Express is a nice walkable restaurant. Food was excellent! Cons: Meh. Nothing was wrong!

Comfortable stay
Pros: Rob was great to deal with & the home was great. Cons: We did see a rat in the backyard so we didn't head out there. We also had friends tell us the area may not be safe, so we just made sure to take everything out of the car & tried not to leave while it was dark. The TV remote will not adjust the volume on the TV. We were able to download an app on our phone & use our phone as the remote instead.

Cozy and comfortable
Pros: The house was wonderful. It's like you're living in your own home. The place has everything you need: big refrigerator, microwave, stove, and the lemon tree :-D . Love the washer and dryer. Also love that the garbage needs to be separated, don't mind doing that at all. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I really had a good time staying there. Cons: 2 things. 1. Since the wall and the ceiling of the house is so thin, and the house is sharing with another resident upstairs, I could hear the people upstairs walking, and I could hear my brother snores in the next room. 2.
